These terms apply to your use of irontool.store and, if you are given access, the private alpha of CloneHUB and HiTikEsty, operated by IronTool, an independent founder-led startup based in Vietnam. By using the website you agree to them.

CloneHUB and HiTikEsty are in Private Alpha. They are experimental, are not publicly available, may change or stop working at any time, and are provided on an as-is basis without guarantees about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Access to the private alpha is granted only by approval of the IronTool Team and may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Keep your access credentials confidential.

• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the tools, the website or related systems.
• Do not use the tools to infringe the rights of others, including trademarks and copyrights, or to break marketplace rules.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them before publishing or selling anything.

The IronTool name, website content and software belong to IronTool. Third-party names, such as Etsy, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or subject matter. IronTool is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Etsy, Inc. or Anthropic.

To the extent permitted by law, IronTool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the early-stage tools.
