Who we are

IronTool is an independent, founder-led startup based in Vietnam. This policy covers the public website irontool.store and the private alpha tools CloneHUB and HiTikEsty. Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

Public website. The website has no accounts, no forms and no advertising or analytics trackers. It does not set cookies. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.

Private alpha tools. Access is by approval and protected by a password. A session cookie is used only to keep an authorised person signed in. The tools process content the operator submits, such as product links, ideas and the files generated from them.

Why we use it

  • To deliver and secure the website.
  • To reply to your messages and to review access requests.
  • To run, test and improve the private alpha products.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, DNS and security for irontool.store.
  • Google Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google, so your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads.
  • Google Workspace: our email is hosted there.
  • AI providers: the private alpha tools send submitted content to AI services in order to work. These include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google. Their own policies apply to how they handle data.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of access requests. Content processed by the private alpha tools is kept for as long as the related product work requires and is deleted on request where we are able to do so.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. This website is not directed at children.
